Chef Don Brotherhood was born in Kingston Jamaica and raised in Jamaica Queens NY. He is the creator of Stew & Tingz.

Here's his story in his words from an interview with Voyage LA:

"My family’s filled with amazing cooks and chefs. I’ve observed My Mother, Grandmother, and Aunts in the kitchen from a very young age and soaked it all in. I moved to Encino California after Highschool and started cooking for family and new friends and they loved it. It wasn’t too long before I started taking over Holiday meals and BBQ’s.

I started taking cooking serious when I finally got Legal residency in America and started Stew & Tingz, LLC Feb. 2017. Ever since then I’ve been doing Pop Ups, Catering, & more with My delicious twist on Authentic Jamaican Soul Food."
